I want htmlpurifier NOT TO ALLOW anchor tag

Whenever I fill out form with anchor tag ,HTMLPurifier allows it and anchor tags insert into databse,which I don't want.

How can I turn this setting off?

You could remove 'a' from the allowed tags list? %HTML.AllowedElements
