SHA-1 of download doesn't match

Hi!

I've just downloaded HTML Purifier 4.9.2 Standalone (.tar.gz) from http://htmlpurifier.org/download, but my machine reports the SHA-1 hash as

78bf3398a4952a867d37eaf83b0e72b7b5776f6d

while the download page says it should be

a09e2f1e555d15002e0460ce951624883f337a1d

Also trying to download the linked sig doesn't work for me; Chrome says there's a network error.

Is the download corrupted, or is the SHA-1 hash on the page simply wrong?

We've diagnosed this as a misconfiguration of our Apache instances. Working on a fix!

It should be fixed now.
