PHP compatibility

The download page says that HTMLPurifier 4.9.2 is compatible with PHP 5.0.5 and up, but the respective news entry (note, that the permalink responds with 404) says that 4.9.2 would be again PHP 5.3 compatible.

Which info is correct? (Note that I won't need support for PHP versions older than 5.3, but it would be nice if this will get corrected, nonetheless.)

The download page is out of date, I'll fix it. We currently test PHP 5.3 and up.
