Forms module?

Great software -- thanks!

Is there a module already created to allow users to create forms in their WYSIWYG editors? I found this post: http://htmlpurifier.org/phorum/read.php?3,222,222#msg-240 . Has anyone taken it any further?

Not that I know of. I should note that forms are quite risky due to the phishing possibilities they give. How important are forms to you?

I have a couple of clients with pages with forms. I set the pages up for them and built the forms, but they use a WYSIWYG editor to change the text on the page before and after the form. The problem is that now that I've installed HTMLPurifier if they edit the page the form will be stripped.

The HTMLPurifier TODO suggests a form module would be available sometime.

If you have to have such a functionality (for 'form' elements and attributes), try htmLawed, another PHP filter to sanitize or filter HTML.
