Heard about the terrible stories about the replanting of this drug, as well as about the severe withdrawal, i.e. transition to normal sleep without exposure to this medication. As far as this is true, what remains to be done so that life does not return to normal. again to severe insomnia?

If someone suffered from this - he will understand me, life turns into hell after 2 weeks of such a state (and no options like walking in jim or pouring cold water on it also helped). I know for sure that https://orderambienonline.org/blog/ ambien has a healing effect (it returns the ability to relax and fall asleep without serious thoughts for many hours). In my heart I'm already afraid of the onset of its cancellation, because valerian and even the most famous coffee does not take anything at all.

One of my friends had a similar condition. The doctor, a neuropathologist, after research was convinced that the cause of insomnia was largely contrived. That is, at some time there really was insomnia. And the woman was frightened. And after that, going to bed only thought that she would not fall asleep. And when she fell asleep, she immediately woke up ... and further - according to your scenario. Today, she sleeps well and does not use anything. The healing prescribed by the doctor proceeded as follows.
