is there a way to stop HTMLPurifier/CSStidy from forcing input CSS into all lowercase? - 11 months ago

I don't want to offend by duping this question: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/10843600/ ..but I want to know if I am even on the right track. Is it even possible to set CSStidy config options though HTMLpurifier, at runtime? How? Or else, where in the HTMLpurifier source might one hack/override in case it is HTMLpurifier that is causing input CSS to be forced into all lowercase? I can't

Two questions: I have been reading fiddling with htmlpurifier config settings and reading the docs, and came to the conclusion (erroneously?) that as far as telling htmlpurifier which elements/attributes should be allowed, I have to either leave the default whitelist alone as it is, or I have to specify every single elements/attributes that should be allowed. Is this correct? I would love to be
