Phorum Customization Notes

Skin htmlpurifier:

We're trying to keep this as close as possible to the
main skin, so our changes are versioned as a patch. Use
phorum_diff.bat to update the patch locally and phorum_patch.sh
on the server to make the changes live.

    General Settings

        - DNS Lookups = No
        - After posting goto = Read page (phpBB style)
        - Database error handling = Email
        - Phorum HTML Title = HTML Purifier Forums
        - Enable Caching Userdata = Yes
        - Allow Template Selection = No
        - Private Messaging = Off
        - Default Template = HTML Purifier Template
        - System Emails From Name = Edward Z. Yang
    Default Forum Settings
        - Email Messages To Moderators = Enabled
        ? Public Users += reply / create new
        - Fixed Display-Settings = Yes
        - Template = HTML Purifier Template
        - Allow Email Notification = Yes

Recommend DB changes:
    users[email_notify] change default from 0 to 1
